CANCELLATION AND CONSENT FORM POLICYWe require all our new clients to fill out our consent form.
All appointments will not be reserved until we receive a signed consent form and a 50% deposit. (deposits are Non-refundable) Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note the following policy: A 48-hour notice is required for any SINGLE treatment or MULTIPLE services. |
CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING FEES: All appointments not cancelled or rescheduled within the time frame specified above will be assessed a 50% charge fee of the service cost. (NO 24hr or Same day cancellation.) Same day cancellations or NO CALL NO SHOW will be assessed a 100% charge fee of the service cost. Treatment deals will also be redeemed in lieu of your absence. Irish Rivero was such an amazing person i have purchased several groupons for facials before with not a good experience ...they always do it quickly without explaining anything ....but not IRISH she explained every step she would take and always asked was i comfortable ...she loves what she does very nice work ethic i so recommend her

Irish has the best customer service ever! She’s extremely professional and her work is amazing! It was my first time getting a facial & she talked me through the whole process while also making me feel comfortable. I love it! Love this place. Irish is very skilled, kind and gentle. She has helped me keep my skin nice, clean and glowing. The office is very clean relaxing and modern. I highly recommend this place.

I had the microdermabrasion facial yesterday. It was sooo wonderful! I loved Irish! She was so wonderful! She's a goldmine for someone like me! I have hormonal breakouts and some congestion and I feel like she totally understands my skin type! I love that I feel like we have a common goal! She uses great products. She has great technology! Can't wait for my next appointment!!!! Highly recommend!

BEST.FACIAL.EVER. She did things to my face I've never even heard of! Irish Rivero (owner) is not new to the business but new to her OWN business! I cannot believe the difference after just ONE facial!! The whole experience was SO unique and the results (after just one treatment) were visibly noticeable! I don't know what I was expecting; I've had just a few facials in my life but this was very different from anything I've ever had done. How did I find her? A friend posted a picture of her face on FB and I was shocked. PM'd her to find out what she had done and THIS is where she was and what she did. Best kind of referral. Beautiful, pristine studio and Irish is so bubbly, knowledgeable and fun! She has lotions, magic potions, a skilled touch, and an array of machines that appear to work miracles. SO reasonably priced as well. What a hidden gem right here in Carmichael! MUST TRY!!

Absolutely amazing care and facials. Irish the owner did my hydrafacial and my skin looked flawless. She's incredibly talented and friendly and it's incredibly clean in her practice. She sees one client at a time and your the only one in the building which it amazing ! I would recommend her to anyone looking change their skin for the absolute best! Can't wait to be back for my next facial thank you Irish !!!! Your a game changer for this stressed out masked skin !!!

Right when I walked in, I knew I was going to have a great experience. Having this be my first facial I wasn't expecting much but my skin has never looked better. Irish is great human being and knows her sh*t, she even gave me a free LED session. Definitely a banger deal from Groupon. If I could give 6th star, I would!

If you've never experienced a clinical facial you're in for a real treat with Irish Rivero. Her medical background is a big plus as she is clearly knowledgeable with skin and has a real passion for her work. She customizes each facial to your individual needs and does a great job of explaining each step of the treatment and what product she is using, which I appreciate. Because she's a one woman operation in a small commercial suite, it's a very relaxing experience and one that I thoroughly enjoyed.
